Come enjoy this adorable, quaint beach rental that will have you texting your friends "Sea You all Later!!!"
As you enter this home, you will be welcomed by an open-concept space with living room, dining room, and kitchen to spend time with family and friends! After a long day at the beach and swimming in the community pool, you will first enter the master bedroom off the kitchen with a spacious king bed and private bathroom, as well as a TV to unwind before bed. If you turn left into the hall, you will find the second bedroom with a beautiful full bed, another TV for relaxation, and coastal décor that will have you dreaming of paradise. When leaving the second bedroom and heading down the hall, there is a closet with both a washer and dryer for your use. As you continue, you will find another full bath with a tub and shower combination to wash the beach day away. Your last stop will be a cozy coastal bunk room with 4 single beds and a TV. Its easy to feel the love of the Gulf Coast with all the décor throughout the home. The elegance and comfort will make you want to return soon!
This unit has a wonderful community pool that is open for your use; it's perfect for a post-beach dip or a pool day! Enjoy the evening sitting out on the front porch while the sun goes down. There are 2 parking spots on the left side of the property, as well as enough room for a golf cart. In the front of the community is also one extra parking spot labeled Unit 4. We had a good time there, everything was clean and in order. Extra items for any needs that we found so relief to have as well there. Peaceful, AC worked just fine and we had an awesome time in that house. Thank you for everything!

Great stay! I was a little disappointed in the kitchen utensils and glassware but we made do and it’s not that big of deal. The pool was also kind of a let down so we ended up not going (tiny with very little deck space. We had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again knowing what to bring and expect next time. Thank you!

My friend and I brought our teenage daughters for a beach trip over 4th of July. The property is in a great location and a short drive from the beach or town. It was nicely decorated, clean and ready for us upon arrival and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We brought our own beach gear but the house had games, books, and movies for us which we all enjoyed. We did not rent a golf cart but all the other houses in our complex had them so it’s perfect no matter what you decide. We called the office for a minor thing and they answered in person (on a holiday) and sent someone right over. I am a STR manager and I was very pleased with the home, thank you!

The rental could not have gone better! From initial booking all the way through the end of our stay the communication was incredible! The instructions were detailed and all communication with staff (especially Alison) was friendly and professional. The home was clean and well-maintained and was also in a very good location.
