The king Tommy Bahama master bedroom suite that opens to the pool has an en suite bath that boasts a huge walk-in-shower for two and double sinks. Guest bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the pool and sunny backyard with the plus of a night stand that has hidden USB and electric outlets. The third bedroom has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. Get a good night's rest on any of the pillowtop mattresses! Enjoy a relaxing evening with spectrum and blu ray in every room.
Have a luxury experience with a Samsung 65” smart TV in the living room. Along with the luxury tv, unwind on soft leather couches with lumbar and neck controls that fully recline. Palliser chair with hidden electric remote control to lay almost flat that rocks and swivels. No need to take dirty clothes home when you have access to a washer and dryer in the laundry room. I don't know where we could have found a
more beautifully designed and furnished place in Port Aransas than the "Sun of a Beach" vacation home. No kitschy, neon colors or plaster fish swimming on the bathroom walls here. This rental is a well-appointed, comfortable home with plenty of room for a large family that enjoys being together but also wants some personal space to find calm. The kitchen is a dream, with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal and a dining table that can seat ten people comfortably. The private pool is a wonderful place to start the day with an energizing splash or lounge after dinner. The New Wave staff is extremely responsive, accommodating and professional when issues came up. Our electric golf cart rental was delivered early and retrieved at the time we requested. The only "issue" we had was a slight problem with the security keypad at the front entrance and it was taken care of within an hour after we notified staff. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sun of a Beach. It’s a beautiful beach house with a private pool and pet friendly. The house was so clean and stocked with everything we needed. It’s also in a great location. New Wave Rentals are always very clean and equipped with all the amenities advertised. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for an awesome weekend.

House is clean and very nice. Plenty of room for our group of eight. Everything we could’ve wanted or needed while we were there was provided. We had one issue with the tv in the living room and one of the bedrooms and they were out to fix it immediately. Would definitely recommend this rental.

We are still talking about how much we enjoyed our recent stay in Port Aransas at Sun of a Beach. The house is fully equipped for anything one could want during a beach trip—a beautiful pool, board games, movies, comfortable furniture, and every kitchen tool you could need. The fenced yard and dog door also made for a relaxing trip with dogs. We will be back!

Enjoyed Father's day weekend at Sun Of a Beach. Loved everything about the rental. Able to take our dog who enjoyed the pet door for easy in and out access. The pool was enjoyable and location great. Property manager offered convenient beach cart rental that was delivered and picked up so i didn't have to make separate trips.

We loved this property and plan to rent again. Great open floor plan for family time. Huge kitchen for cooking and the pool was great for lounging away from the beach. Very pet friendly. The beds, pillows and couches were comfy. We have had issues with poor mattresses in other rentals but not here. We all enjoyed our stay. Only tip is to bring a couple throws or blankets for couch time and lounging.

This was perfect. We had bad weather almost the whole time so the pool was a life saver. Hose is awesome. Very clean and everything we needed. Also perfect back yard for the dogs to go out to. Can’t say enough great things about this place.
